2026 marks a new chapter — the Town and Experience Shelburne have come together to steward the market for the long term. The model is simple: vendor fees cover the base, and community sponsorships and volunteers close the gap. Your support is what makes that work.
Sponsor
Stewarding the market for the long term means doing things right — fair compensation for our market manager, proper care of the Parade Grounds, programming that makes Saturday worth showing up for, and the discipline to keep it all running well. Sponsorships close the gap between what vendor fees cover and what a well-run market actually costs. Two tracks are available, depending on what speaks to you.
Music
Music sponsorships fund free performances by quality musicians and make sure they're fairly compensated. The full-season program costs about $11,500, covering performer fees, equipment, and staging.
- Headliner$5,000
- Community Chorus$2,500
- Friend of the Music$500+
- Superfan$100+
Market
Market sponsorships keep vendor fees as accessible as possible — especially the reduced rates we charge farmers — and help underwrite the operational side: programming, insurance, tree protection, fair compensation for our market manager, and the care of the Parade Grounds. The $10,000 target puts the market on solid footing for its first season under new stewardship.
- Market Anchor$5,000
- Ambassador$2,500
- Good Neighbor$500+
- Saturday Regular$100+
All sponsors are recognized via signage and shout-outs at the market, and via our website, social media, and reports. The Shelburne Farmers Market is a program of Experience Shelburne Corp., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Donations are tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by law. EIN: 39-2780940. All contributions go directly to market operations.

Volunteer
The market runs on the time and energy of our neighbors. Volunteers staff the kids' tent, care for the trees and grounds, greet visitors, handle setup and breakdown, and help capture the day through photos and stories. A single Saturday is about three hours — and the market runs on it.
