About

April's Chocolates is the work of April Palmer, an artist-turned-chocolatier who makes fine bonbons by hand in Williston. After a background in classical art, she trained through a professional chocolatier course and now builds recipes around simple ingredients kept close to their natural state, drawing on Vermont fruit, honey, and dairy from nearby farms. Each piece is finished in organic, fair-trade dark chocolate. 2026 is her first season at the Shelburne Farmers Market.
