What You’ll Find at Our Booth
Maple-based spirits including Tears of the Woods (vodka), Branches & Berries (gin with juniper, coriander, citrus), and Shrubbery (ouzo with star anise and fennel). All of our alcohol is produced from fermented maple syrup, distilled to 190+ proof and then proofed down to a drinkable level with water extracted from the maple sap.
About
Dangerous Boys Distillery is a nano-distillery in Underhill that ferments and proofs spirits almost entirely from Vermont maple. They tap trees on their property, collect sap, and use reclaimed maple-processing water to proof their vodka, gin, and ouzo. Nearly 100% of each bottle originates from a Vermont maple tree.
