“I love people, the other vendors but especially the customers. I really enjoy that customer interaction. I’m a very hard worker and show up regardless of the weather. Plus I create a beautiful and welcoming stand.”

About

Catherine and Mark Raishart run Foxglove Farm on 70 acres in Leicester, where the Green Mountains meet the Champlain Valley. Mark manages the sugarbush — 500 taps, most on tubing running downhill to the sugarhouse, sap boiled over a wood fire. Catherine makes jewelry from semiprecious stones, glass, and wood, and grows cut flowers. The forest carries both Audubon Vermont Bird-Friendly habitat certification and American Tree Farm System certification.
