What You’ll Find at Our Booth

Come and try our Boucher Blue, Madison, and Gore-Dawn-Zola blue cheeses! We also offer seasonal vegetables and eggs from the Boucher Family Farm, as well as weekly home-baked goods featuring our blue cheese.

About

Dan and Dawn Boucher established Green Mountain Blue Cheese 25 years ago on their family dairy in Highgate, which now represents 14 generations of farming. Dawn is a self-taught cheesemaker who pioneered Vermont's commercial blue cheese production in 1999; she created all three recipes through years of experiment. Her niece Kayleigh is now learning the craft to carry it forward. Their flagship Boucher Blue won an American Cheese Society award in 2024.
