Karolyn and Justin Lalumiere farm on Sand Road in Ferrisburgh, with Kris and Louie running the booth. Forty-five years of growing experience and one of the original vendors — at the market since the beginning. Their sign puts it plainly: We Grow It So You May Eat It.

The stand runs long through the season. Sweet corn by the crate, pint boxes of cherry and sun gold tomatoes, potatoes, beets and bunched garlic, melons and strawberries earlier on, cut flowers and hanging baskets, and shelves of their own jams, salsa, pickles and pesto.
