What You’ll Find at Our Booth

Wood-smoked BBQ pork, chicken, beef, and lamb. All of the meat comes from local Vermont farmers, and is hand-butchered by me, so each new week you'll find unique cuts of meat in addition to the BBQ classics: think lamb shoulder, chuck eye pastrami, and handmade smoked sausages. Each plate also includes wood-fired flatbread, veggie sides, pickles, and sauce.

About

Hi, I'm Leo. I grew up in Jericho, Vermont, and have worked in kitchens for years, including a James Beard best-in-the-country restaurant, and most recently a whole-animal butcher shop. Now, I'm making great barbecue with great ingredients in my home state. I began last summer at the Bristol Farmers Market, and this summer I'm growing with a new offset smoker custom-built in Vermont. I source all of my meat from Vermont farmers, do all of my own butchery, and smoke with 100% wood. I hope to share my food with you soon!
