What You’ll Find at Our Booth
From the start, we have homemade Peanut Butter with a couple wild flavors. Throughout the summer and as the season changes we will have a variety of vegetables and melons. This will include floral vinegars, herbs, sauces, and canned vegetables.

Randy and Christine operate Red Hen Gardens in Ferrisburgh, blending his native Vermont farming roots with her biology degree and hospitality expertise. Since 2021, they've grown seasonal vegetables and melons using organic methods, selling directly to consumers to ensure unmatched freshness and direct connection to the source.
