I produce baked goods inspired by various cultures and interesting ingredients. I strive to bring things that are familiar, things that are new, and things that are a bit of both.
I try to use Vermont and locally sourced ingredients as much as possible depending on what I make and the season.
About
I started baking years ago for a simple reason — I wanted desserts I couldn't find in stores. Unique flavors, unexpected combinations, things that make you stop and say "what is that?"
I draw a lot of inspiration from treats and flavors from around the world. One of my favorite things is getting someone to try something they normally wouldn't — a flavor they've never heard of, a combination that surprises them. Food is the universal language, and I want every bite to start a conversation.
