What You’ll Find at Our Booth

Certified organic summer vegetables — tomatoes, peppers, squash, cucumbers, basil. Organic salsa and sauce.

Spring: spinach, hakurei turnips, arugula, and other cold-hardy greens. Summer: tomatoes, garlic, eggplant, hot and sweet peppers, cherry tomatoes, and homemade salsa. Fall: tomatoes and peppers through late October, then cold-hardy greens again, plus holiday turkeys. Grass-fed beef and organic pastured chicken year-round.

A certified organic farm in Orwell raising vegetables, grass-fed beef, and pastured chicken for farmers markets, co-ops, and restaurants across the Champlain Valley. The booth shifts with the seasons — cold-hardy greens in spring, tomatoes and salsa through summer, meat year-round.
