Sweet Roots Farm & Market works the land of the former Charlotte Berry Farm in Charlotte, Vermont, where berries have grown for more than forty years. Jane and Dan MacLean run the farm — certified Organic since 2023 — with a small crew, raising blueberries, blackberries, and black raspberries alongside tree fruit, vegetables, herbs, and flowers. Beyond the Saturday market, the farm keeps a stand in Charlotte with pick-your-own blueberries, and stewards the land in partnership with the Vermont Land Trust.
