What You’ll Find at Our Booth

Delicious, gluten-free cheesecake jars in rotating seasonal flavors. A variety of cookies, both classic favorites and some new twists. Cupcakes in a variety of flavors, as well as a dairy-free and gluten-free option.

About

Martha (she/they) runs Wildflower Baking from her home kitchen in Waterbury Center, Vermont, specializing in cheesecake as a vehicle for creative flavor combinations. Cheesecake has always been a favorite of their brother's, and though they once didn't like it themselves, it's become a passion after exploring a variety of flavors and recipes. They've been baking cookies since they were 8, and still love to create new takes on classics. The bakery opened as a side job in 2022, and as of 2025 has become their sole occupation.
