Worksong Sourdough is the Stellaferous family's home bakery in Charlotte, milling its own whole grains for fresh sourdough. The name nods to the honeybee — nature's original fermenter — and to the family's roots in a life-sharing Camphill community, where their journey began in 2016. They mill flour fresh to preserve the grain's full nutrition and flavor, and donate a portion of every sale to local food-access and community efforts. 2026 is their first season at the Shelburne Farmers Market.
