Vendor Portal

Everything vendors need for the 2026 season.

Thank you for your interest in joining the Shelburne Farmers Market! Full- and half-season applications are closed for 2026, but we're still welcoming day vendors for individual Saturdays through October 17. Apply below and we'll email you as slots open. Season applications reopen this winter for 2027. The market runs every Saturday, 9am–1pm, through October 17 at the Shelburne Parade Grounds.

Priority consideration is given to farmers and prepared food vendors. Our goal is to achieve vendor proportions of 50% farmers, 30% food sellers, and 20% artisans. Artisans will be accepted after all farmers and food sellers have their placement.

Before applying, please review the 2026 Market Policies.

Applying for Shelburne Day? Shelburne Day (Saturday, August 15) is our biggest day of community engagement — the one Saturday the whole town comes together to celebrate the best of Shelburne. Its free community-booth program is open to businesses, nonprofits, civic groups, artists, and neighbors who don't usually vend, and is separate from this vendor application — regular market vendors are already part of the day in their usual booths. Vendor Status

The market is held rain or shine. Full Season vendors are scheduled for all 23 Saturdays and must attend at least 18 to retain full-season status. Half Season vendors are scheduled for up to 13 Saturdays and must attend at least 10 to retain half-season status. If not accepted as Full or Half Season Vendors, you are automatically classified as a Day Vendor. Day Vendors receive invitation based on availability. You must confirm via payment within market policies to lock in invited dates.

Note: beginning in 2027, half-season moves to three set patterns — first half, second half, or every-other-week — instead of choosing individual dates.

Vendor Fees

Day Vendor Fee

$50 per market date, paid in advance to lock in your spot. Same-day payment is $60 — we strongly encourage locking in ahead, but we know things come up. No payment is due now; payment methods are provided after approval.

Cancellation policy (applies to locked-in, paid Saturdays): Cancel two weeks or more before a market date and receive full credit toward another market date, if available. Within two weeks of the market, credit for medical, family, and other emergencies are at the discretion of the market manager. Waitlisting a date commits nothing and isn't a charge.

Have you reviewed the 2026 market policies?

I understand that we are required to be neat, minimal, and respectful of other vendors and customers alike in our setup and operations.

I understand I will be fined $50 for any missed markets where I am confirmed by email but do not write the manager to cancel, barring emergencies. I understand that THREE or more no-shows, where I am scheduled to sell but do not arrive without notice, results in permanent dismissal from SFM.

I understand that it is required to report sales each week, and failure to do so can result in permanent dismissal from SFM. It is acceptable to enter sales monthly. A reporting link will be provided in weekly market emails.

I understand that if accepted to SFM, I am part of a community of small businesses whose success is tied together. I understand that my conduct affects other small businesses, and that unprofessional conduct, harassment, or mistreatment of any other vendor or customer will result in immediate and permanent dismissal from SFM.
